We tried the grapefruit/rosemary, habanero/tequila, and palet d'or and they were like nothing we've tried before! Best chocolate at this year's Chocolate Fest in Portland, hands down. Please open a store in Portland!

These are the most creatively flavored chocolates I have ever eaten.Very much off the beaten path of the "norm" of expected flavorings and ingredients... but well worth the journey...WOW. Even my finicky teen son loved them and raved of the quality and unique flavors.Your palette will be glad it took this chocolate journey.We tried 5 of the various caramels, and a variety of the savory...I can't wait to try the others! I will need to hide them from the rest of the family though!
