Which Bishop Creek wines go well with your chocolates? Are there any particular chocolates for particular wines? We have paired our Marzipan, Lavender Blanc and the Bee Sweet with the Pinot Gris. The Spiced Berry is delectable with the Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir '05. The '03 Pinot Noir highlights our Palet D'Or and the White Truffle Honey. The '04 Pinot Noir blends well with our Smoked Tea and our White Truffle Honey. Smoky Blue is an excellent contrast to the Reisling. Back to Top
