Caramels This variety of caramels is inspired by childhood wonder. There are certain things that always stick out in our minds from childhood, like Grandma's pecan pies or honey from the family farm. These are our favorite flavors and we offer them to you in the form of chewy caramel satisfaction.

Great Scott!     A classic, rich butter caramel, dipped in a 58% semi-sweet dark chocolate, topped with a sprinkle of Japanese sea salt, creating the perfect blend of sweet and salty.	Bee Sweet     An amber hued honey caramel filled with toasted sesame seeds and dipped in a 33% single origin milk chocolate from Java, topped with a toasted sesame sugar tile.
Honey Lavender Blanc    Oregon lavender puts on a star performance in this refreshingly floral honey caramel dipped in a 35% Ivoire.	Southern Belle     Molasses and a touch of Red Breast whiskey round out this pecan filled caramel (reminiscent of Grandma's pecan pie) dipped in a 58% semi-sweet dark chocolate and garnished with a chocolate tile.
Quetzalcoatl     South American grown cacao nibs fill this dark chocolate caramel, dipped in a 72% dark chocolate. A crunchy and chewy chocolate experience fit for the Gods.
